Equipment and Adaptations

Having worked as a Community Occupational Therapist within the NHS and Lancashire County Council I have extensive experience of conducting complex assessments within the homes plus residential and nursing care homes. Following an assessment, you may be prescribed equipment and/or adaptations to meet your needs. All recommended equipment will be delivered and fitted. Quotes from reputable local companies who work for the NHS and Lancashire County Council and are experienced in Disabled Facility Grant work. All will be obtained and all works closely project managed.

Additional intervention available;

• Housing needs assessments. Reports designed to assist clients currently negotiating or about to embark on the rehousing process
• Specialist OT equipment and adaptation reports. Stand-alone assessment or case management of equipment and adaptations. OT Solutions can offer project management role for any adaptations including design and overseeing works.
• Assessment and facilitation of complex and bespoke equipment.
