OT solutions never share your data with anyone, for any reason. Our privacy policy explaining exactly what happens to your data when you join our mailing list or book one of our events is displayed on our website. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing otsolutions111@outlook.com.

This policy explains how OT Solutions may collect, store, process, share or transfer your data when you request our services, use our website or give us your contact details at events.  This policy does not apply to any online services or websites that we do not own or control. Your personal data will also be stored in our outlook accounts until you unsubscribe from our mailing list, which you can do anytime by emailing us. If you do receive any unwanted emails please accept our apologies and let us know immediately and politely as we really do not want to be sending you information you do not require.

We take your privacy seriously and will only use the personal information you provide at assessment or when you fill in forms on our website to administer your account and to provide the services or information you have requested. By providing information like your name, email address, postal address and telephone number you agree to us contacting you with regards to the services and information you request.

When you provide us with personal information we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.  If you are using our website to apply for a training course/ conference, the personal information collected on the application form is only used for the purpose of administering that course.

Some forms on our website may also include a check box asking you for permission to add you to our mailing list. If you opt-in, your personal information will be used solely by us to send you information about new courses, events or research.
